We work with local growers, farmers, fishers, chefs, winemakers, brewers and makers - pairing their produce with the landscapes, buildings and communities that give it meaning.

Be it drinking wine within sight of the vineyard it was created from, eating locally reared beef after seeing the cattle grazing along the route, discovering a hidden workshop where an old trade lives on, reopening the doors of a much-loved village venue or hearing live music somewhere completely unexpected - we invite our guests to be present and immersed in the full story.
